Fear the Walking Dead season 4: First look at the thrilling new episodes

The cast will face fresh dangers – including a dramatic storm - when the show returns in August.

Fear the Walking Dead’s cast heads to Comic-Con this weekend and just in time for the fan event, the show has released the first pictures from the second half of season 4.

The first look pictures show Alicia Clark (Alycia Debnam-Carey) standing side-by-side with Morgan Jones (Lennie James) as she recovers from the loss of her mother Madison (Kim Dickens) and Nick Clark (Frank Dillane).

Season 4’s newcomers Garrett Dillahunt, Jenna Elfman and Maggie Grace are all shown continuing to bond as John, June and Althea.

Meanwhile, Danay Garcia’s Luciana is shown looking a little worse for wear – perhaps still struggling with the loss of her boyfriend Nick.

Charlie (Alexa Nisenson), who was a member of the villainous Vultures, looks like she could be in trouble as she comes face to face with an infected in the new episodes. Will the youngster’s former enemies come to her aid?

When is Fear the Walking Dead back on TV?

Fear the Walking Dead fans still recovering from the stunning and emotional mid-season finale, don’t have long to wait for the rest of season 4.

The AMC series will be back in the UK for the second half of season 4 on August 13th – exclusive to BT customers.

Fans can watch the premiere at 2am, simultaneous to the US premiere, or at 9pm on AMC – BT TV channel 332/381.

Critics have hailed Fear the Walking Dead’s fourth season for its twists, turns and shocks, which included the departures of two major characters.

The first half of season four began with one figure huddled around a campfire and ended with nine. Characters who started their journeys in isolation collided with each other in unexpected ways and found themselves in one of the last places they ever expected to be... together.

In the back half of the season they will explore who they are now – as individuals and as part of the greater group – and how they will forge ahead. They will find themselves pitted against new adversaries – human, walker, and even nature itself. Theirs will be a journey fraught with danger, love, heartbreak, loss, and ultimately, hope.
