What's on AMC:

Zachary Quinto as NOS4A2

NOS4A2, pronounced Nosferatu, follows Vic McQueen (Ashleigh Cummings), a gifted young woman who discovers she has a supernatural ability to find lost things. This ability puts her on a collision course with the evil and immortal Charlie Manx (Zachary Quinto)

Manx is a supernatural villain who feeds off the souls of children then deposits what remains of them into Christmasland – a twisted place of Manx’s imagination where every day is Christmas Day and unhappiness is against the law.

Vic strives to defeat Manx and rescue his victims – without losing her mind or falling victim to him herself.

Based on Joe Hill’s 2013 best-selling novel of the same name, NOS4A2 stars Zachary Quinto in the leading role of vampire villain Charlie Manx, and Ashleigh Cummings as Vic McQueen, who sets out to defeat him.

NOS4A2 premieres in the UK on Tuesday, August 13 at 9pm on AMC. BT TV customers can watch AMC on channel 332/381 HD.

The Terror season 2

The Terror - AMC

Season two will centre on an uncanny spectre that menaces a Japanese-American community from its home in Southern California to the internment camps to the war in the Pacific.]

Co-created and executive produced by Alexander Woo (“True Blood”) and Max Borenstein (“Kong: Skull Island,” “Godzilla”). Woo is also set to serve as showrunner.

Alexander Woo said:“I'm deeply honored to be telling a story set in this extraordinary period.

“We hope to convey the abject terror of the historical experience in a way that feels modern and relevant to the present moment. And the prospect of doing so with a majority Asian and Asian-American cast is both thrilling and humbling.”

“As a history-buff and genre geek (not to mention a conscious American today), it’s clear that truth is always scarier than fiction.

“This season of The Terror uses as its setting one of the darkest, most horrific moments in our nation’s history. The Japanese-American internment is a blemish on the nation’s conscience — and one with dire resonance to current events. I’m thrilled that AMC is giving us the chance to use that darkness as the inspiration for what I hope will be a trenchant, terrifying season of TV.”

The Terror season 2 airs this autumn on AMC.

Fear the Walking Dead season 5

Fear the Walking Dead

In the second half of Season 5 of Fear the Walking Dead, after successfully proving their way can work, our heroes gain momentum, rescuing survivors, and spreading the message of hope along the way -- until foes both familiar and unexpected arise, forcing the group to question whether their brand of altruism can really make a difference in a world filled with death and decay.

Fear the Walking Dead returns on Monday 12th August, with a repeat the same day at 9pm.
