I'm a Celebrity is only a month away from returning to ITV so the rumours about who will be taking part in the latest series are starting to hot up.

It only feels like yesterday that Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt was being crowned Queen of the Jungle and I'm a Celebrity winner 2016, but very soon another batch of 'famous faces' will be heading Down Under to battle the Bushtucker Trials.

Keep reading for the latest list of rumours about who might be heading to Australia with Ant and Dec.

1. Boris Becker

Boris Becker

The 49-year-old tennis legend filed for bankruptcy earlier this year and the tabloids have suggested that because of this he's been in talks with ITV about a big-money deal to take part in the show.

The six-time Grand Slam champion would be an impressive name on the line-up if the producers can get him to sign on the dotted line.

2. Julie Goodyear

Julie Goodyear

The former Corornation Street star has reality TV form, previously taking part in Celebrity Big Brother. The Daily Star claims that the soap legend is keen to take part in I'm A Celebrity, but apparently there is one big stumbling block. Goodyear is apparently struggling with the idea of a long flight to Australia without being able to smoke.

3. Samantha Womack

Samantha Womack

Written out of EastEnders at the start of the year, Sam Womack was hotly tipped to be taking part in this year's Strictly series.

But maybe she fancied a go at I'm a Celebrity instead and is preparing for a winter of bugs and beasties.

4. Paisley Billings

Paisley Billings

The Celebs Go Dating and Tattoo Fixers celebrity has been tipped for big things and might make the jump to ITV and head into the jungle this year.

The Mirror claimed: "Paisley has been doing amazingly well on E4 and is set to be the next Scarlett Moffatt if not bigger."

5. Jonny Mitchell

Jonny Mitchell

The success of ITV2's Love Island has taken everyone by surprise and ITV is keen to cash in by using the show's contestants on other shows. Jonny Mitchell is the Islander tipped to make the jump from love in the sun to bugs in the jungle.

He might not be the biggest celebrity, but he would increase the chances of a jungle romance considerably.

6. Koo Stark

Koo Stark

Originally tipped to take part a decade ago, former actress and photographer Koo Star is apparently being lined up for this year's series.

Famous for her romance with Prince Andrew in the 1980s, the 61-year-old could potentially spill some Royal Family secrets in the jungle.

7. Vanessa White

Vanessa White

Mollie is taking part in Strictly, Frankie is hosting gameshow Canonball, so it falls on Vanessa White to fill the Saturdays quota in the I'm a Celebrity jungle this year.

The tabloids claims that the singer is looking for love on the show after recently splitting from her long-term boyfriend.

8. Rebekah Vardy

Rebekah Vardy

Jamie Vardy's wife isn't known for biting her tongue and has even ended up in rows with serial Twitter grunter Piers Morgan in the past. So if ITV have persuaded her to take part in the series, they'll be expecting some fireworks.

However, with her youngest child less than a year old and Jamie in the middle of the football season, would she really be prepared to fly out to Oz and be apart from her kids for so long?

9. Craig Charles

Craig Charles could return to I'm a Celebrity

The Red Dwarf actor had to leave the show a couple of years ago because of the death of his brother. The popular star has been unable to clear his diaries to return to the show, but ITV have also made it clear that the door is open for a return. Craig would be a hot favourite to win the show, so if he’s not too busy with his new job on The Gadget Show, we wouldn’t rule him out.

10. Ryan Thomas

Ryan Thomas linked to I'm a Celebrity

The former Corrie star’s brother Adam made a huge impact on the show last year and Ryan was his biggest cheerleader. The soap star is continually linked to reality shows and was expected to appear on last year’s Strictly. However, if he is remaining loyal to ITV, maybe he’ll be heading Down Under and aiming to go one better than his sibling and win.

11. Megan McKenna

Megan McKenna

The Ex on the Beach and TOWIE star is one of the most explosive reality TV contestants of all time. Her stint in Celebrity Big Brother was memorable for her meltdowns and the I’m a Celeb producers would probably enjoy placing such an explosive character in the contained environment of the jungle camp.

12. Honey G

Honey G rumoured for I'm a Celebrity

The X Factor singer’s novelty music career has flopped since she bid farewell to Simon Cowell, so will the wacky rapper turn to the jungle to help extend her career for another five minutes?

13. Kristina Rihanoff

Kristina Rihanoff linked to I'm a Celebrity 2017

The former Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer has already appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, so she’s no stranger to the heated world of reality TV. A new mum and a popular figure with the tabloids, it’s no surprise that she’s being tipped to fill this year’s ‘jungle shower’ quota.

14. Ben Cohen

Ben Cohen

The tabloids have claimed that Ben's split from his wife for a new life with Kristina Rihanoff is hitting him in the wallet. Could he be tempted to do yet another reality show by ITV's deep pockets.

The rugby star previously took part in Strictly and was the winner of series 2 of The Jump.

15. Danny Dyer

Danny Dyer

The EastEnders actor has had a troubled year with his personal life splashed all over the tabloids and he had to take a break from the BBC One soap to recover from his busy workload.

So maybe a trip to the jungle could help rebuild Danny's nice-guy image and help him end the year on a high.

16. Sam Allardyce

Sam Allardyce

The former England manager announced his retirement from the game at the start of the summer and according to The Mirror, he's been offered a huge pay packet to take part in this year's series.

It would be a shock to see him in Australia, but the potential positive PR could be part of a long-term strategy to getting his England job back
