Indiana Jones, Toy Story and Wonder Woman are among the iconic films inspiring the dazzling routines for this year's Strictly Come Dancing Movie Week.

It’s everyone’s favourite Strictly theme so we’ve gathered some of the show’s most iconic dances from down the years/

1. Jay and Aliona's Pulp Fiction

The Wanted’s Jay McGuiness and partner Aliona Vilani wowed the judges and brought the house down with a slick jive combining Misirlou and You Never Can Tell from Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction in series 13.

2. Scott and Joanne's Little Mermaid

Scott Mills donned a lobster outfit for his emphatic samba to Under the Sea from The Little Mermaid with partner Joanne Clifton in series 12.

3. Ainsley and Natlie's Happy Feet

insley Harriott spread some happiness as a dancing penguin in series 13. The TV star cha cha-d to Earth, Wind & Fire’s Boogie Wonderland taken from animation favourite, Happy Feet with partner Natalie Lowe.

4. Matt and Aliona's Austin Powers

Matt Baker and Aliona Vilani brought his A-game in series 8 when dancing the Jive in Austin Powers style to Soul Bossa Nova from Quincy Jones theme.

5. Kellie and Kevin's Star Wars

The Force was with EastEnders star Kellie Bright and Kevin Clifton as they performed a lively Charleston to Cantina Band from Star Wars. Kellie wowed the judging panel and picked up 32 points. Len Goodman said: “Kellie Bright and a Jedi Knight!”

6. Georgia and Giovanni's Spectre

Georgia May Foote and Giovanni Pernice’s dreamy rumba to Writing’s On The Wall from Bond movie Spectre from series 13.

7. Ore and Joanne's Singing In The Rain

It was the first routine that marked Ore out as a potential champion and the performance was also the first, which brought us Ore's trademark tears.


8. Ed and Katya's The Mask

The Balls was happy to do just about anything in the name of entertainment and this Samba to Cuban Pete was another step towards Ed earning national treasure status.
