Celebrity Hunted: Who are the celebrities on the run?

The charity version of Channel 4’s reality contest is making a return with an all-star cast.

Hunted is back with four new pairs trying to evade capture – which is considerably more difficult when your mug is known the length and breadth of the country.

The celebrity special of the adventure competition is on the autumn schedule for Stand Up To Cancer, Channel 4’s charity partnership with Cancer Research UK.

We tell you all you need to know about the eight stars taking part this time.

Georgia “Toff” Toffolo and Stanley Johnson

The posh pals may seem like an unlikely pairing, but they bonded during their time in the jungle on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!.

Society girl Toff first became famous as one of the cast of Made in Chelsea, and went on to be crowned Queen of the Jungle, while author and former politician Stanley is now of course better known as the PM’s father.

The team have their resilience gained from the jungle on their side, as well as what must be a bulging contacts book of VIPs able to call in favours for them – if Boris can prorogue Parliament and tell fibs to the Queen, surely he can keep his dad off radar for a few days?

Aldo Zilli and Jean-Christophe Novelli

Celebrity chefs Aldo and JC will be cooking up a plan to escape the eyes of the hunters in pursuit of the prize, and we’re sure that they’ll still manage to eat incredibly well along the way.

Aldo is famed for his delicious Italian dishes and high-class eateries, while Jean-Christophe is of course a connoisseur of French cuisine – will they be able to rely on the help of other chefs to keep them off grid?

The pair have worked together before as part of a band of chefs who competed in 2006’s The X Factor: Battle of the Stars, and Jean-Christophe also took part in Channel 4 2003 sporting contest The Games.

Martin Offiah and Gavin Henson

The competition’s athletes are rugby legends Martin and Gavin, who will hopefully be able to draw on their fitness skills to endure life on the run.

Former England pro Martin played for Widnes and Wigan, while Wales player Gavin can count Swansea and Ospreys amongst his former clubs.

A bit bigger and allot slower but still got love for the game of rugby 🏉 that has given me so much 👊🏾

Both of them are also Strictly Come Dancing alumni, but could Gavin’s former starring role in a series of The Bachelor make him just too well-known to be low key?

Lucy Mecklenburgh and Lydia Bright

Ex-Towie stars and good mates Lucy and Lydia are swapping the glamorous Essex lifestyle for camouflage gear and minimal make-up.

They’ll be trying to keep their names off the guest lists for once as they attempt to fly under the radar, but the reality stars – who are both currently pregnant with their first children – are two of the series’ best-known former cast so it’ll be a tough ask.

However, we can see this pair doing well with Lucy’s high standards of fitness and experience on gymnastics contest Tumble, and Lydia’s former appearances in Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls, The Jump, and The Crystal Maze.

Celebrity Hunted will air as part of Stand Up To Cancer this autumn on Channel 4.
