Age: 31

Occupation: Pop star

Best known for: Being an X Factor finalist.

It barely seems five minutes since we were last being asked to pick up the phone and vote for Fleur East.

Of course, her last stint in reality TV came in 2014. The X Factor was eventually won by Ben Haenow but established Fleur as a huge star for a couple of years.

Her biggest hit was with Sax, but by 2017 she had left Simon Cowell's Syco management company.

Fleur had actually had a crack at the X Factor before, way back in 2005’s series two as part of the group Addictiv Ladies who were knocked out of the competition by Chico Slimani of It’s Chico Time fame.

She worked with DJ Fresh a few years before returning to the X Factor, featuring on his song Turn It Up and also releasing a couple of solo singles.

She said: “It’s that not knowing what you are going to have to face that I am dreading the most. I am scared of everything you have in there and I am scared of all the trials!

“Any trial you face there you haven’t faced in real life. I can’t imagine what it will be like. At least you have an element of control with the singing and dancing. With this, there is no control and it is completely outside my comfort zone.”

Jungle fears: “Creepy crawlies, being up high, in the dark – basically, everything you have in the jungle!”

I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! returns on Sunday, November 18 at 9pm on ITV.
